The primary goal of this course is to provide the information you will need to comprehensively and effectively understand and implement HIPPY’s new curriculum for families of two-year-olds – HIPPY for Little Learners. We will begin by reviewing foundational HIPPY model implementation features and curriculum delivery elements. Next, we will introduce the HIPPY for Little Learners curriculum and take a detailed look at the features of the new curriculum and how the delivery of the curriculum is similar to and different from the other levels of HIPPY curriculum.

The HIPPY USA Preservice Training provides new HIPPY Coordinators & Assistant Coordinators with the skills they need to grow healthy and effective programs. HIPPY USA is pleased to announce the 2021 schedule for Preservice Training. All HIPPY Coordinators and HIPPY Assistant Coordinators must complete the HIPPY USA Preservice Training to satisfy Administrative Standard 6 described with the HIPPY USA Model, Guidance, & Accreditation (MGA) manual.

The primary goal of the Assessment Series course is to understand how and why we measure outcomes. Looking at selecting and understanding assessments. administer, score, and understand scores. We will take a look into how to administer the Bracken School Readiness Assessment. Students will view a webinar with Kyle Peplinksi of HRSA, Ceclia Samuels of the University of North Texas, and Janie Rojas of the Texas State HIPPY Office to discuss Administering Assessments in a virtual world.
The primary goal of this course is to introduce supervisors to the HIPPY model, curriculum, administration, and accreditation process.
HIPPY Model: To provide the information you will need to comprehensively and accurately describe the HIPPY model.
HIPPY Curriculum: To provide the information you will need, to better understand the impact of HIPPY how the design of the HIPPY curriculum enables these goals and outcomes to become reality.
HIPPY Administration: To review agency responsibilities, then take a deep dive into program budgets to discuss fees, services, and support, national and agency-level program development responsibilities, and operating costs.
HIPPY Accreditation: To provide the information you will need to comprehensively and accurately describe the HIPPY accreditation process and associated standards.
